Job summary

Shepard Exposition Services is seeking a Graphics Production Associate to operate large-format printing and digital cutting equipment for trade shows and live events. You will support the full production workflow from file verification to packaging and show-site readiness.

Responsibilities include color management, quality control, and finishing, with emphasis on minimizing reprints and waste. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in large-format graphic production
• Experience with EFI VUTEk and FabriVU printers
• Experience operating Zünd G3 cutting systems
• Working knowledge of Fiery XF RIP software
• Strong attention to detail in deadline-driven environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Operate EFI VUTEk and FabriVU printers and Zünd G3 cutting systems
• Review production files for size, scaling, bleed, contour paths, and substrate compatibility
• Perform in-process and final QC inspections to ensure sizing, finishing accuracy, and color management
• Prepare graphics for packaging and show-site shipment
• Label and manifest graphics for event execution and ensure proper staging for transport
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment and adhere to SOPs
