Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications, Graphic Design, Printing Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, graphics account management, prepress, packaging, flexographic printing, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of account management, customer service, and customer relationship management processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Esko workflow solutions (ArtPro, ArtPro+, Pilot).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes for Graphics Account Specialist (GAS) activities and departmental operations.
• Audit process effectiveness, identify disruptions, and implement corrective actions to improve workflow performance.
• Lead automation initiatives within graphics workflows to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Manage and develop Graphics team, including performance reviews, coaching, and development activities.
• Monitor and communicate account performance metrics, including turnaround time and approval cycle time.
