Job summary

Broadway Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time onsite graphic designer in Boston to shape on-brand visuals and short-form video content for multiple brands. You will design graphics, marketing collateral, and social assets while coordinating with the Brand Manager/Social Media Manager to align with brand voice and strategy.

You will film/edit content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram, keep up with platform trends, and craft captions and hooks.

Qualifications

Graphic design portfolio required.
Canva proficiency required; InDesign/Illustrator preferred.
Video editing for social platforms (CapCut or Canva).
Comfort writing captions, hooks, on-screen text, video titles and other copy in brand voice.
Ability to pivot quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

Design graphics, marketing collateral, and social assets for all BHG brands.
Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
Collaborate with Brand Manager/Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer on design direction and brand strategy.
Monitor trends on TikTok/YouTube/IG and adapt them to fit BHG brands.
Write social captions and marketing copy with brand voice.
Support light community management by replying to comments/DMs and escalating items when needed.
Assist with additional design, social media, and content projects.
