Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• 0–1 year graphics experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PLM preferred.
• Portfolio required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Support templates, graphic deliverables, and production tech packs.
• Maintain art guides for leagues/teams.
• Assist in creating sales assets within calendar windows.
• Create and submit designs for approvals per league guidelines.
• Replicate artwork across leagues/teams with speed and accuracy.
• Review prototype samples against tech packs for production accuracy.
• Understand and use New Era project tracking and product creation systems.
• Meet deadlines in merchandising and go-to-market calendars.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and other departments for product accuracy.
• Keep sensitive matters confidential.
• Other duties as assigned.
