Job summary

Dexian is seeking a versatile Graphic & Multimedia Designer to support visual design and video content creation. The role blends graphic design with hands-on video production for digital, social, and marketing channels while collaborating with stakeholders to craft clear, compelling content.

The candidate will produce short-form videos from concept through delivery, adapt assets across channels, and help drive executive communications with polished visuals and on-brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, content creation, or related creative roles.
• Demonstrated ability to create both static visual assets and video content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and update marketing collateral, presentations, fact sheets, sales materials, social graphics, digital assets, and other corporate communications.
• Create visually compelling content for email campaigns, websites, internal communications, and social media platforms.
• Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Adapt and repurpose creative assets across multiple channels and formats.
• Support executive-level presentations and internal stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear visual solutions.
