Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, content creation, or related creative roles.
• Demonstrated ability to create both static visual assets and video content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and update marketing collateral, presentations, fact sheets, sales materials, social graphics, digital assets, and other corporate communications.
• Create visually compelling content for email campaigns, websites, internal communications, and social media platforms.
• Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Adapt and repurpose creative assets across multiple channels and formats.
• Plan, film, edit, and produce short-form video content for social media, internal communications, marketing campaigns, recruiting efforts, and executive messaging.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadline commitments.
