Job Title: Designing & Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a flexible, talented and dynamic Designing & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across the various digital platforms, including social media. This role requires a mix of creativity, marketing insight, and technical skills to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Key responsibilities:
- Design high-quality social media posts, email templates, infographics, ads, and landing pages,
- Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all channels,
- Edit and produce basic video content for marketing use (e.g., reels, shorts, promos),
- Stay current with design trends and digital creative tools,
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
- Manage and grow the brands presence on social media (content scheduling, engagement, analytics),
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and performance,
- Analyse campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and suggest actionable insights,
- Coordinate with third-party vendors or agencies when needed,
- Assist the Admin manager in basic IT matters,
- Secure reviews and testimonials from customers and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field,
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar dual-role (design + digital marketing),
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro),
- Should be able to speak English and Malayalam,
- Experience with social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools (e.g., Brevo),
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, WordPress or similar CMS platforms,
- Confidence in interacting with customers and stakeholders for reviews and testimonials,
- Ability and willingness to learn new things fast,
- Ability to deliver in prescribes timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email and web design tweaks,
- Strong communication, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.
