Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Designer, Graphics (Women & Youth) to join the Logowear and Graphics team. You will help bring seasonal graphic concepts to life, balancing creative excellence with on-time delivery across product calendars, collaborating with designers, a Design Manager, and a Global Design Director.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of related professional experience in a design role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design (apparel) or equivalent.
• Experience in flat sketching and CADs.
• Experience researching and analyzing design and fashion trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative.
• Working knowledge of color palettes and apparel construction.
• Strong presentation skills to product teams.

Responsibilities

• Support ideation and creation of graphics across Logowear and Graphics categories, aligning with brand vision, seasonal direction, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with designers to meet product development and merchandising timelines while upholding creative standards.
• Partner with Design Manager and Global Design Director to develop seasonal concepts and category-specific artwork.
• Balance priorities across multiple product calendars and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct research into consumer trends, cultural movements, and industry innovations to inform concepts.
• Collaborate with Product Development to deliver consumer-ready products.
• Present compelling visual concepts to internal management, partners, and collaborators.
• Support cross-functional execution of category graphic strategies and product tiering.
