• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong layout and typography
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Work with editors, subject matter experts, and leadership to create mission-aligned visual products
• Conceptualize and produce exhibits, infographics, and display art from rough sketches or minimal guidance
• Provide multiple design options when requirements are ambiguous to guide visual direction
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop optimized print, digital, and motion graphics
• Analyze materials to ensure visual accuracy and cost efficiency in support of senior leader presentations
• Support emergent 24/7 surge requirements during crises or operational shifts

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Work with editors, subject matter experts, and leadership to create mission-aligned visual products.
• Conceptualize and produce exhibits, infographics, and display art from rough sketches or minimal guidance.
• Provide multiple design options when requirements are ambiguous to guide visual direction.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to develop optimized print, digital, and motion graphics.
• Analyze materials to ensure visual accuracy and cost efficiency in support of senior leader presentations.
