Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for DoD and military environments. Based at MacDill AFB in Tampa, you will translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals using the Adobe Creative Suite.

You will collaborate with editors and SMEs to produce exhibits, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials, while meeting tight deadlines and supporting 24/7 surge requirements during crises.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English are required.
• Minimum three years of professional graphic design or visual communication experience in a DoD/military environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong layout and typography.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with editors, subject matter experts, and leadership to create mission-aligned visual products.
• Conceptualize and produce exhibits, infographics, and display art from rough sketches or minimal guidance.
• Provide multiple design options when requirements are ambiguous to guide visual direction.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to develop optimized print, digital, and motion graphics.
• Analyze materials to ensure visual accuracy and cost efficiency in support of senior leader presentations.
• Support emergent 24/7 surge requirements during crises or operational shifts.
