Job summary

Graphic Designer position at MacDill AFB seeks an experienced designer to develop high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms. You will translate complex information into compelling visuals for briefings, exhibits, and marketing materials, in a fast-paced DoD environment. Secret clearance is required with eligibility for TS/SCI.

U.S. citizenship and fluent English are mandatory; minimum three years of professional graphic design experience in a DoW or military setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with editors, subject matter experts, and leadership to create mission-aligned visual products
• Conceptualize and produce exhibits, infographics, and display art from rough sketches or minimal guidance
• Provide multiple design options when requirements are ambiguous to guide visual direction
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop optimized print, digital, and motion graphics
• Support emergent 24/7 surge requirements during crises or operational shifts
