Job summary

FWI is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport on a 12-week temporary hybrid assignment. You will create logos, banners, posters, name plates, and other materials for printed and virtual communications, and also capture photography and video at command events.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design and 3+ years of experience, plus an active DoD Secret Clearance. Hybrid work across Keyport and Poulsbo locations is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field or equivalent
• 3+ years of full-time graphic design experience
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required at time of application

Responsibilities

• Design and produce day-to-day graphic materials such as logos, banners, posters, name plates, and other visual products
• Design and develop graphics and visual effects for printed and virtual materials
• Create high-quality illustrations, technical drawings, and animations
• Use video/audio capture and editing software for multimedia presentations
• Apply layout design principles throughout production
• Perform quality control, reviews, and revisions of graphics
• Provide photography and videography support for command events
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet communication objectives
• Perform other duties as directed by the government point of contact
