Gen is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join its Global Partner Marketing team in Tempe, AZ. You will create visual assets for digital campaigns, email marketing, events, and landing pages, shaping the look of Gen's partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of graphic design experience in marketing, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, HTML/CSS for email, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Pardot. Hybrid role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in marketing.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, events, presentations and campaigns.
• Experience designing and deploying marketing emails and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual assets across digital, print, web, email, social media, and campaigns.
• Design event materials including booth graphics and signage.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and stakeholders to translate briefs into visuals.
• Design, build, test, and deploy marketing emails and landing pages using HubSpot and Pardot.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate concept development while preserving brand integrity.
• Stay current on AI tech and design trends to improve efficiency.
