Gen is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to support Global Partner Marketing in Tempe, AZ. You will craft digital, print, event and email assets, from campaigns to landing pages, while applying AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and production.

You’ll ensure brand integrity and collaborate with marketers, copywriters and stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling visuals. The role requires 4+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma,

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in marketing (B2B/tech or partner/channel marketing preferred).
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, events, presentations and campaigns.
• Experience designing and deploying marketing emails and landing pages in marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent visual storytelling, typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Experience incorporating AI into the creative process to improve speed, quality and productivity.
• Ability to write prompts and evaluate AI-generated content for brand and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating polished executive PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
• Curiosity and adaptability with emerging creative technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Design engaging visual assets across digital, print, web, email, social, presentations, paid ads, and partner campaigns.
• Create event materials including booth graphics, signage and collateral.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution with quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters and stakeholders to translate briefs into visual solutions.
• Build, test and deploy marketing emails and landing pages using HubSpot/Pardot.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate concept development and output while maintaining brand integrity.
• Stay current on AI tech, design trends and best practices to improve team efficiency.
