Job summary

Sense of Agency is a New York strategy and creative studio seeking a graphic designer for a part-time contract (up to 20 hours/week). Remote within the US, with a preference for candidates in New York City.

You will design social assets, web pages, campaigns, and decks, while collaborating with our account team and studio on client projects. You should bring a strong portfolio in brand, digital and web design, plus proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing brand, digital and web design.
• Strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Experience building or editing pages in Framer, Shopify or Squarespace.
• Reliable availability and quick turnaround: deliver within a day or two.
• Comfortable using AI tools to move faster.
• Able to edit photos and video (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut or similar).
• Big plus: camera experience for photo/video.

Responsibilities

• Design social and paid media assets, carousels and campaign graphics.
• Edit photos and short-form video for social and campaigns.
• Build and update landing pages and site sections in Framer, Shopify and Squarespace.
• Design pitch and report decks, and templates clients can reuse.
• Create logos, brand kits and packaging systems.
• Deliver files organized in Frame.io and keep tasks current in Asana.

What you'll do

• Design social and paid media assets, carousels and campaign graphics
• Edit photos and short-form video for social and campaigns
• Build and update landing pages and site sections in Framer, Shopify and Squarespace
