You’ll set up Figma files, establish layouts, organize assets, and help build design systems while collaborating with senior designers and the Creative Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience (internships, freelance, agency or in‑house).
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Comfortable with production-oriented design and multiple rounds of revisions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize Figma files at project start (pages, frames, grids, components, assets).
• Build foundational design directions based on brand guidelines and design systems.
• Create production-ready variations for digital channels (marketing, email, web, social, Amazon).
• Source and organize imagery and assets; prepare mood boards, mockups, and decks.
• Make revisions based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate, organized files and version-control processes.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product Development, and Digital Marketing teams.
• Flag missing information and manage multiple projects with clear priority communication.
• Support packaging workflow: dielines, templates, updates, production-ready artwork.
