Nalley Consulting seeks a Mid-level Graphic Designer in Riverdale Park, MD with TS/SCI clearance to design graphics for intelligence products and interactive content.

You will collaborate with analysts, create illustrations, manage layouts, and ensure accessibility and DoD/IC alignment while delivering under deadlines.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products
• Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word, and design tools such as Premiere Pro, XD, After Effects, and MAPublisher
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes that align with mission-focused goals
• Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challenges
• TS/SCI clearance, with a willingness to complete a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to graphic design.

Responsabilidades

• Create graphics for intelligence products, including illustrations, image editing, font management, and pre-publications techniques.
• Produce graphic design, cartographic products, interactive content, and marketing materials using government-specified tech.
• Integrate graphics with text, audio, and video to support multimedia intelligence products.
• Create content in accordance with IC/D3 style guides, including podcasts or audio segments.
• Provide user experience/UI input for interactive graphics and web products.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as Graphic Designer. Position: Graphic Designer

LCAT: Mid

Location: Riverdale, MD Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take a polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized. Required experience and education: 3+ years of experience in graphic design and bachelor's degree in an area related to graphic design Description

• Works collaboratively with analysts to understand requirements and further enhances or conveys analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphic and layout solutions.
• Provides graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products including, but not limited to, developing illustrations, editing existing images, providing font management, and utilizing advanced pre-publications techniques.
• Uses Government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, and interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content.
• Integrates graphics with text, audio and video to support interactive and multimedia high-visibility finished intelligence products.
• Produces dynamic content IAW IC published standards (i.e. D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments.
• Provides user experience / user interface expertise for development of interactive graphics and web products.

• Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products
