Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers in Ardmore, OK is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Team. You will design, refine, and produce print and web materials under the Director of Marketing and Creative Services, ensuring brand standards across all programs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in graphic design or related field, 2–3 years of experience, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications/marketing/public relations or related field.
• 2–3 years of related graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design ability.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, updates and refines marketing materials that include ads, newsletters, brochures, posters, displays, booklets, annual reports, magazines, PowerPoint presentations, web & social media graphics, and signature pieces.
• Brand alignment with pre-determined standards across platforms.
• Collaborate with departments to turn creative ideas into tangible assets; work quickly and efficiently.
• Meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects and stay current with design trends.
