Qualifications

• 1-4 years graphic design experience in marketing/branding/advertising.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication across all functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute graphic design from concept to production.
• Produce print, POS, packaging, digital assets and marketing collateral.
• Refine and enforce brand guidelines across materials.
• Design assets for web, email campaigns and social media.
• Edit photos, perform color correction and manage color workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across channels.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Provide support to team members as needed.
• Stay updated on design trends and software.
