• Produces Desktop publishing for assigned projects.
• Creates layout and design for brochures, fliers, posters, postcards, and reports.
• Creates artwork, images, text, and graphic design for publications and reports.
• Works as part of a team to ensure deadlines.
• Prepares routine correspondence and reports using standard equipment.
• Interacts with students, staff, and the public via email/phone and provides department information.
• Documents and maintains status reports of projects.
• Meets critical deadlines.
• Presents and proposes design solutions to supervisor and division.
• Produces photography and video content per project specifications.
• Uses software to create images and layout for websites and printed pages.
• Creates videos and video content for websites and presentations.
• Prepares worksheets, graphs, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Uses spreadsheets and presentations to assemble data.
• Monitors and updates division websites as needed.
• Coordinates projects with division departments.
• Collaborates with Public Relations and Marketing for college-wide projects.
• Travels throughout the college district as needed.
