Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative & Graphic Designer who can blend design skills with strong customer service to turn ideas into visible signs and graphics. You’ll greet customers, quote projects, enter orders, coordinate with production, and create artwork for signs, banners, and vehicle graphics.

Ideal candidates have Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience, excellent communication, and an eye for detail.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Project Coordination

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right signage and graphic solutions for their needs.
• Communicate with customers throughout the project, from the initial inquiry to the final product.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, track project details, and keep jobs moving forward.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Build positive customer relationships through friendly, professional, and dependable service.

Graphic Design & Creative Production

• Create and prepare artwork for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, window graphics, and other printed materials.
• Work with customers to understand their vision and turn it into effective, eye-catching designs.
• Review artwork for accuracy, layout, spelling, sizing, and production requirements.
• Make design revisions and prepare print-ready files.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
