Job summary

SpeedPro Central PA in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a hands-on graphic designer to translate client requirements into production-ready files. You will design proofs with Illustrator and Photoshop, assist with production and operations, and support customers by phone, email, and CRM software.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, on-site work, training, and a probation period. Expect 8:30AM–5:00PM, Monday to Friday, with compensation of $18.00 per hour and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience in a design studio or print company.
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach.
• Customer-centric focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and create proofs/mockups using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Operate in production support and assist with workflow.

We specialize in large-format graphics design, printing and install.

Your are primarily responsible for handling the customer, understanding their requirements and converting them to solutions. This also includes understanding customer requirements, doing graphic design, preparing proof/mockup; making production ready file using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and Operations support. Paid bi-weekly. Mon to Friday 8:30AM to 5 PM. Training will be provided. There will be a probation period.

Functions

Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
