NVE is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to shape brand experiences and campaigns with thoughtful design and storytelling. You will own design deliverables from concept through production while collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team and contributing to the studio's creative direction.

As you grow, your ownership expands to your work, point of view, and client-facing presentations, while maintaining craft and attention to detail across all touchpoints.

Qualificações

• Portfolio demonstrates strong design craft and brand thinking.
• Ability to contribute to visual systems across campaigns and experiences.
• Strong verbal and visual design rationale demonstrated in work.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop visual assets and brand systems for campaigns.
• Own deliverables from concept to production with growing independence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft thoughtful work.
• Translate concepts into cohesive visuals across touchpoints.
• Present work and articulate design rationale internally.
• Support junior designers and maintain high craft standards.
