Job summary

NVE Experience Agency is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to shape visually compelling brand experiences and campaigns. You will own design deliverables from concept through production, collaborating with designers, strategists, producers, and clients to ensure work is rooted in culture and execution is precise.

In this hybrid role, you will contribute to a culture of curiosity, craft, and storytelling while growing ownership of your work and design point of view within the Design Studio.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft and ability to bring visual systems to life across experiences.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion, 3D, and AI-assisted workflows a plus.
• Strong visual communication and ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Capable of managing deliverables and collaborating within larger creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual assets, systems, and graphic applications across brand experiences and campaigns.
• Own design deliverables from concept through production with increasing independence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to develop thoughtful, strategically grounded work.
• Translate concepts into cohesive visual systems across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Present design work internally and contribute to client presentations with clear rationale.
• Maintain high standards of craft, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the design process.
• Develop a strong understanding of client brands and apply that knowledge consistently across deliverables.
