Job summary

NVE is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape visual expression for world-class brand experiences. You will lead design craft, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers while upholding NVE’s standards of creativity and innovation.

Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with travel to project sites as needed, and opportunities to explore AI-enabled workflows within multidisciplinary teams. Strong craft and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates exceptional design craft across mediums and live experiences.
• Embodies NVE's behaviors: courageous, committed, curious, catalysts, good citizens.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite); familiarity with motion, 3D, Figma and AI-supported workflows preferred.
• Active exploration of emerging creative technologies and how AI can expand possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of visual systems across brand experiences and campaigns.
• Drive complex design work from concept through final execution independently.
• Translate creative concepts into cohesive visuals for physical and digital touchpoints.
• Present design work and rationale to internal teams and clients; articulate visual direction.
