Job summary

BASIS Education is seeking a highly organized and creative Graphic Designer to join our Design team at our Central Office in Scottsdale. You will collaborate with Marketing and Communications to translate complex information into engaging visuals that support our educational mission and brand aesthetic.

You will design for web, digital, and print, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to storytelling across channels. This on-site role offers growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience in agency/in-house environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Figma/Canva.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and print/digital design.
• Experience designing for print and web with responsive layouts.
• Understanding of production processes for print and web.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality digital and print assets for marketing materials.
• Edit video content for marketing and social media including short-form videos.
• Support website UX with intuitive layouts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create templates, style guides, and reusable design assets to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to translate goals into design solutions.
