• Set guardrails loose enough for mid-level creatives to surprise you inside them.
• Drive remote-friendly content series from ideation to publication and promotion.
• Build and maintain a cohesive brand identity across every customer touchpoint.
• Localize creative for Vancouver audiences without flattening the original idea.
• Storyboard and direct photo, video, and content shoots end to end.
• Reframe constraints from the freelance budget as the brief's most useful lever.
