About The Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Tech Services team in a permanent role. This position offers the opportunity to create visual content for a variety of print and digital projects, including advertisements, marketing materials, corporate graphics, and digital assets. The successful candidate will combine visual storytelling with sound design fundamentals to produce clear, engaging work that supports business and client needs.

You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members, taking projects from concept through delivery. The role requires the ability to balance creative quality with brand standards, project requirements, budgets, and deadlines.

The expected salary range is $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

Qualifications

Candidates should have at least five years of professional graphic design experience and a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and After Effects.

Applicants should demonstrate experience producing print and digital advertisements and a strong understanding of layout, typography, graphic design fundamentals, print production, and web design.

Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred. Experience creating multimedia or motion graphics is an advantage. The ideal candidate brings exceptional creativity, innovation, accuracy, and attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

You should be comfortable communicating and presenting ideas, collaborating with colleagues, and incorporating feedback.

An understanding of current design, technology, social media, and market trends—and how they apply in a commercial environment—is important.

Professional judgment and accountability when managing time, costs, and deadlines are essential.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative graphics and content for print and digital channels, completing work on schedule and within budget. Develop layouts and advertisements that combine copy and imagery, and create digital assets, marketing materials, and corporate graphics in alignment with brand guidelines. Produce compelling logos and visual designs for a variety of media and audiences.

Work closely with creative designers and marketing colleagues to develop effective, visually impactful materials. Review and improve existing graphic designs, user interface and user experience materials, and video content. Use appropriate design software and media to meet each project’s goals. Stay informed about industry standards, emerging technologies, social media developments, competitors, and market trends. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, performance, priorities, and goals.
