About the Role
Are you a creative with a passion for creating visually compelling designs that communicate effectively across various platforms? The Graphic Designer will work with marketing and cross‑functional teams to bring ideas to life, enhance brand presence, and create visually appealing content. This role will report directly into the Integrated Campaigns Manager and is a valuable position in a mission‑driven enterprise focused on helping underserved populations.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with teams to develop high‑quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, emails, websites, social media, print materials, presentations, sales enablement assets, business development assets, ads, and more to bridge customer and business needs.
- Uphold the integrity of the brand’s visual identity by developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all assets and departments.
- Bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to projects, pushing creative boundaries while staying aligned with business goals and the target audience.
- Embrace feedback as an opportunity to iterate on designs efficiently to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Manage the organization and storage of all design assets, ensuring easy access and version control for future use.
- Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying new techniques and ideas to enhance the company’s visual content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing various design styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.
- Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX).
- Strong visual, typographic, and layout design skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and project management tools is a plus.
- Highly creative with an eye for detail.
- Passionate about design and aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret briefs and turn abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
- Adaptable and open to feedback.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Track record of successful cross‑functional collaboration, including product management, sales, and creative teams.
- A strong creative skill set and empathy for our learners and partners as we drive the scale of the business to help more learners.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary $70,000 – $83,000.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees.
