Job summary

Businessolver is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Team. You will design concepts and production for direct mail, brochures, event materials, and digital assets, while coordinating multi-channel projects from start to finish.

You’ll collaborate with writers on branded pieces (e-books, white papers, infographics, videos) and help shape digital ads, social posts, and gated content. A strong portfolio and a detail-oriented, multi-tasking mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience across print, web and digital media.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• PowerPoint expert.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines daily.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and project management skills.
• Compelling portfolio submitted for consideration.

Graphic Designer – Marketing Team at Businessolver

Responsibilities

• Design creative concepts and coordinate all aspects of production for direct mail, brochures, marketing materials, event invitations, print ads, and flyers.
• Manage ongoing projects such as eNewsletters, business cards, and event promotion.
• Work with content writers to create branded knowledge leadership pieces including e-books, white papers, infographics, and videos.
• Assist in the ideation and execution of digital ads, internal brand elements, support materials, social media posts, gated content, and more.
• Work with external parties to execute on projects, including print, direct mail, giveaways, and more.
• Track individual projects from inception/design stage to final distribution.
• Ensure the integrity of Businessolver’s brand identity.
• Collaborate on overall marketing strategy, creative strategy, and messaging, working daily with the marketing team to complete campaign tasks as needed.
• Maintain files of all materials and electronic documents in active folders and archives.
• Manage and track all work in the project management system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience working with print, web, and digital media.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

Compensation

Pay range: 42K to 67K per year (determined by education, experience, skills, and market data).
