Job Overview

As a Designer on the Consumer Experience team, you will provide creative support for client communications, ensuring brand alignment and delivering materials such as benefit guides, postcards, emails, newsletters, web pages, and more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative strategy and content writers to develop client‑branded materials (postcards, emails, newsletters, benefit guides, web experiences).
• Configure and design online benefit portals within the proprietary Benefitsolver platform.
• Prepare files and projects for external fulfillment.
• Maintain the integrity of each client’s brand identity and manage the Adobe Library.
• Consult with clients on best practices and influence adoption of effective design solutions.
• Use project management software to monitor and complete tasks, ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects.
• Identify, resolve, and escalated project issues to manage risks.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Comfortable creating digital web experiences in drag‑and‑drop editors and a general understanding of web design standards.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience with print, web, and digital media.
• Graphic design or related degree.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, or CMS experience (strong plus).
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing (advantage).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Must submit a compelling portfolio.

Compensation

Pay range: $47,000 – $74,000 per year, based on education, experience, and market data.
