A leading company is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and brand images for various marketing channels. This fully remote role requires a professional with 3-5 years of experience in design technologies, excellent communication skills, and a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print designs. The designer will work collaboratively to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of projects.
Graphic Designer
Location: 100% Remote (US Only)
Compensation: $75,000-$82,000
Reports to: Director of Brand Strategy
The Graphic Designer plays an essential role in the creation and development of graphics, illustrations, brand images, and digital and print assets for the promotion of SWH's products/services. This position creates and edits visually appealing concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate SWH team members and customers. Responsible for assuring brand consistency across marketing channels.
What you will do:
Designs company branding, logos, website pages and elements, presentations, digital and print promotional materials, and other items as directed
Develops and designs graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for social media, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our values and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences
Works closely with clients or other team members to determine requirements and visions for design elements, which may include multiple strategy meetings
Creates multiple different versions of digital and print materials for one off emails, campaign-related emails, paid ads, organic content, and more
Maintains, updates, and creates landing pages for paid ads, campaigns, and more
Edits and optimizes graphics based on feedback
Ensure branding efficiencies in all products
Selects fonts, colors, designs, styles, and layouts for projects with guidance from Brand Manager
Proofreads and inspects finalized materials to be sure there are no errors
Ensures projects are completed on time with desired quality of deliverables

What you will bring:
Proficient in design technology (Adobe Suite, Canva, Microsoft)
Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design to ensure that the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and functional
Understanding of the latest design trends
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional team members
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to continuous change
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience
Must have an aptitude for website design, advertising, social media, and creative projects
Up-to-date portfolio including examples of both digital and print assets designed (Wordpress, HTML proficient, Canva, Adobe Suite)
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree (Associates or Bachelors) in Visual Arts with a focus on graphic design, commercial art, or graphic communication is preferred, but not required
