Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced, creative and resourceful Graphic Designer to conceptualize and design thumbnails for Nick DiGiovanni’s YouTube channels. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging thumbnails based on raw assets, video concepts and brand guidelines.
You have a strong understanding of graphic design, photo editing, composition and color theory. You follow YouTube trends and love all things related to the creator space. Bonus - you have a passion for food and working in the food space!
Who you’ll work with:
As a Graphic Designer, you will directly support Nick DiGiovanni and work closely with his team, including his entire digital team (videographers, editors, producers etc) and other stakeholders involved in our videos.
What you’ll bring to the team:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally focused on social media. Bonus if direct experience creating YouTube thumbnails!
Expertise with Photoshop and other relevant design softwares
Deep understanding of what makes YouTube thumbnails visually appealing and viral (composition, framing, colors, storytelling etc)
Ability to work with and lead a team of freelance thumbnail designers
Passion for YouTube and knowledge of the latest YouTube trends
Top-notch organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and bring new creative ideas to the table
