  • Provide art direction and creative briefs to freelance designers, copywriters, and other creative specialists.
  • Coordinate freelance creative projects, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and quality reviews.
  • Manage incoming design requests, prioritize concurrent assignments, and coordinate creative production workflows from initial brief through final delivery.
  • Work directly with organizational and sales leadership to understand creative needs and develop appropriate design solutions.
Brand Messaging & Supporting Copy
  • Write or adapt short-form copy for graphic design assets, including headlines, captions, calls to action, and brief social media messages.
  • Apply established brand voice and messaging guidelines when adapting written content for new visual materials.
  • Edit short-form content for clarity, consistency, and effective presentation within graphic layouts.
  • Prepare creative briefs and coordinate with freelance brand writers or copywriters when specialized long-form content is required.
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 4–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual branding, or creative production within an agency, in‑house brand team, or brand consultancy.

  • Practical expertise in visual identity management, brand guidelines, typography, color, layout composition, and design systems.

  • Experience supporting a brand launch or developing a new visual identity and associated design standards from the ground up.
  • Understanding of channel marketing and the creative requirements of partner‑focused rather than exclusively direct‑to‑consumer campaigns.
