Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (healthcare or related industry a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.
• Working knowledge of video editing/motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) preferred.
• Experience designing for web and familiarity with content management systems a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across social, print, digital, and video design.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, on-brand graphics for social media, email, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Create and maintain web assets, including banners, landing page graphics, and UI elements.
• Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and event collateral.
• Support video projects, including basic editing, motion graphics, and animated content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and CMO to translate strategic direction into compelling visual content.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.50/hr.
