The Graphic Designer position creates clear, engaging visual content for print and digital use, aligning with branding and mission while supporting programs and collaboration. The role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong typography sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; design-related education preferred.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools.
• Understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Design materials such as flyers, social media graphics, newsletters, presentations, and reports
• Collaborate with team members to translate ideas into visual content
• Maintain consistent branding across all designs
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution
• Revise designs based on feedback
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Stay current with design tools and trends
• Support additional design needs as required

Key Responsibilities
