The role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong typography sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; design-related education preferred.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools.
  • Understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Effective time management and communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Design materials such as flyers, social media graphics, newsletters, presentations, and reports
  • Collaborate with team members to translate ideas into visual content
  • Maintain consistent branding across all designs
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution
  • Revise designs based on feedback
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Stay current with design tools and trends
  • Support additional design needs as required

The Graphic Designer creates clear, engaging visual content for print and digital use. This role supports the organization's mission by producing designs that communicate ideas effectively and align with branding standards. It is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about design and community impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design materials such as flyers, social media graphics, newsletters, presentations, and reports
