Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and produce high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with the team to launch projects.
• Create drafts, models, and prototypes using various techniques.
• Produce final design solutions like logos, banners, interfaces.
• Pitch creative ideas to enhance projects.
• Support multiple projects with special design tasks (e.g., color correction).
• Use feedback to improve work.
• Provide guidance to less experienced designers and share knowledge.
• Ensure all designs align with brand image and meet usability standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design software.
• Strong portfolio of illustrations or graphics.
• Familiar with design techniques like prototyping.
• Understanding of visual elements such as layout, type, and fonts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to meet deadlines while working in teams.
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in UX design is highly desirable.
