  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client pitches.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven university environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute designs for publications, campaigns, digital assets, environmental graphics, and other formats.
  • Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy, quality, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with clients, copywriters, and the design team to adhere to brand guidelines under direction from the Creative Director and Director of Creative and Brand Strategy.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in higher education marketing and visual communication; contribute ideas to improve workflows.
  • Participate in weekly creative team meetings and one‑on‑one meetings to discuss workload, priorities, and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to strengthen creative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project status updates and task management within the department’s system.
