Job summary

SA Consumer Products, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The role reports to the Lead Graphic Designer and collaborates with Marketing and Sales to deliver disruptive visuals for our product lines.

You will craft packaging, catalog assets, and digital content, ensure brand consistency, and translate market trends into production-ready art. 2–5 years’ experience and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a Graphic Design role.
• Undergraduate or post graduate degree in Graphic Design.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Premiere and After Effects a major plus.

• Respond quickly to opportunities and unforeseen hurdles to drive speed to market.
• Assist in the design and production readiness of all product graphics, packaging, catalog, and collateral.

• Maintain a focus on user experience.
• Collect and analyze market design trends and assist with competitive landscape.
• Follow and assist in the creation of brand guidelines.

Our growth plans require the addition of the absolute best Graphic Designer, based in our Pittsburgh PA office and reporting to our Lead Graphic Designer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing Director, Lead Graphic Designer, and Sales Team to build compelling and disruptive graphic solutions for In-Home Secure Storage Products, Golf Equipment Products, and other company initiatives.
• Respond quickly to opportunities and unforeseen hurdles to drive speed to market.
• Assisting in the design and production readiness of all on product graphics, packaging, catalog, and collateral.
• Support digital marketing asset creation including website imagery and social content when needed.
• Maintain a focus on user experience.
• Collect and create market design trends analysis and assist with competitive landscape creation.
• Follow and assist in the creation of brand guidelines.

About You:

• Skilled in composition, typography, photo editing, product composites, color, theme and die line creation.
• 2-5 years of experience in a Graphic Design role.
• Possess a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premier and After Effects a major plus.
• Undergraduate or post graduate degree in Graphic Design.
• Willingness to be flexible in artistic style.
• Analytical and results focused. Turns data into action.
• Meticulous with an eye for accuracy.
• Ability to speak to and present designs to upper management and customers.
• Ability to extend designs into production/print ready art.
• Knowledge of print techniques and processes.
