LHH is seeking a talented Visual Designer to create compelling content for digital, social, presentation, and marketing channels. This hybrid role requires turning concepts into engaging visuals, including motion graphics, while maintaining brand consistency across formats.

The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and After Effects. Excellent typography, layout, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in visual/graphic/multimedia design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps and After Effects.
• Experience creating motion graphics for digital channels.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design platforms.
• Strong typography, layout, color and visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance creativity with deadlines.

We are partnering with a growing agency to identify a talented visual designer who can create compelling content across digital, social, presentation, and marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design fundamentals who can also bring designs to life through motion and animation. The successful candidate will balance strategic visual thinking with hands-on execution, creating work that is both visually engaging and consistent across a variety of platforms and formats.

This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office expected in mid-town Manhattan. Portfolio required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, presentations, and marketing materials
• Create motion graphics and animated content that enhance storytelling and audience engagement
• Translate static creative concepts into dynamic visual experiences while maintaining brand consistency
• Develop layouts, templates, and design systems that can scale across multiple channels and campaigns
• Apply strong principles of typography, composition, hierarchy, and branding to all creative work
• Partner with creative, marketing, and strategic teams to develop and execute innovative concepts
• Manage projects from concept through final delivery while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality
• Contribute creative ideas and visual direction during brainstorming and project development
• Support ongoing brand evolution and ensure consistency across all deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, multimedia design, or a related creative field
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
• Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and dynamic content for digital channels
• Proficiency with Figma or similar collaborative design platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to balance creative excellence with efficiency in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience developing branded assets, templates, and scalable design systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Agency, consulting, or client-facing experience preferred
