Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Consumer Benefit Solutions design team. This role will be instrumental in developing engaging and visually compelling communication materials that support our clients’ employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Consumer Benefit Solutions design team to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of communication materials including:
• Posters and Postcards
• E-blasts and Digital Signage
• “How to Enroll” Instructions
• QR Codes and Sneak Peek Videos
• PowerPoint Presentations
• Other client-specific communication assets
• Prepare and deliver final design files to print and translation vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support the Middle Market Communications team with design needs and project execution.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with video editing and digital media is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
