Position Summary

The Graphic Designer provides graphic design for the in-house design team and support for the Creative Director and Art Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various media platforms. From concept to execution, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions that align with our brand identity and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching and innovative designs for print and digital media
• Collaborate with stakeholders, team, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce visual concepts, layouts, and design elements based on project specifications
• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to across all design projects within the company, as well as with strategic partners
• Design and/or enhance PowerPoint presentations
• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 3+ years experience as a graphic designer, agency or in-house experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including a willingness to receive and implement feedback and constructive criticism
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a highly-collaborative team structure
• Understanding of typography, photography, color theory and design principles
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint design and layout

This position is a Non-Exempt role. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $45,000 - 60,000/yr. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
