Three Square in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. You will create and execute print and digital materials that reflect the brand, support campaigns, and build community trust.

You will collaborate with various departments, manage multiple projects under deadlines, and contribute as photographer/videographer for events, while ensuring high-quality, on-brand results. You will also review proofs and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or 4+ years of equivalent graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The role

The Graphic Designer sits within the Marketing department and reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. The role exists to create and execute print and digital marketing initiatives that communicate Three Square's brand and mission, build community trust, and increase awareness. The designer works closely with departments across the organization to support their marketing and communication needs.

What you would do

• Create and update marketing materials (brochures, reports, invitations, event programs, email signatures, handouts, and posters) in line with Three Square's brand standards.
• Design advertising creative for print, outdoor boards, and digital media, as well as internal and external employee communications.
• Produce presentation materials including PowerPoints, one-sheets, and signage.
• Develop designs tailored to specific target audiences, presenting concepts with a clear rationale.
• Brief and advise departments on design, format, production, budget, and timeline, and coordinate projects from concept and quotes through proofing and completion.
• Manage project deadlines, provide status updates, and collaborate with your supervisor and team members.
• Proof print and digital marketing materials critically before production.
• Work with external vendors to secure best pricing, meet deadlines, and ensure materials are produced to a high standard.
• Serve as the in-house photographer and videographer for events and on-site visits, including photo and video editing.
• Assist with social media efforts and maintain an organized archive of all marketing materials, photos, and videos.

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or four or more years of equivalent graphic design work experience.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Design Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, editing, and proofreading.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce high-quality work under fixed deadlines.
• Professionalism and compassion in working with staff, clients, partners, and community members.

Working arrangements

The role is based on-site in Las Vegas, NV, in a climate-controlled office environment. Some travel between buildings and attendance at off-site events is required. Occasional entry into warehouse areas may occur. The role may require driving.

Pay and benefits

The salary is $58,000 per year.
