NorthPoint Development LLC in Kansas City is seeking a Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to create compelling visual materials for clients, stakeholders, and the public. You will distill complex information into clear visuals and produce assets across print, digital, and interactive media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required; WordPress and Webflow experience strongly preferred. This is an in-person role in Kansas City with a collaborative culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, professional visual designs for clients, stakeholders, and the public.
• Distill technical information into clear visuals for mainstream audiences.
• Design and produce assets across print, digital, and interactive media (posters, social graphics, presentations, GIFs, websites).
• Support marketing and branding initiatives across email, web content, events, and print materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do

The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Develop compelling, professional visual designs that communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the public.
• Interpret and distill highly technical information into clear, engaging visuals for mainstream audiences.
• Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including:
  • Print materials (posters, flyers, direct mail, reports)
  • Digital marketing assets (social media graphics, email campaigns)
  • Presentations
  • Interactive media (GIFs, animations, video)
  • Websites
  • Branding (logos, style guides, visual identity systems)
• Support marketing and brand initiatives through email marketing, website content management, event materials, promotional products, office signage, presentations, and other print and digital assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress and Webflow is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
• Strong understanding of digital design, layout, typography, and visual communication across print and web.
• Excellent creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
