Job summary

Cornerstones of Care, a nonprofit focused on mental and behavioral health, is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling digital and print materials that align with our mission. You will create templates, graphics, layouts, and assets across channels, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.

The role requires 2-3 years of hands-on design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, along with a degree or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and basic digital production tools.
• 21+ years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create and update branded templates, graphics, layouts, and visual elements for digital and print.
• Produce brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and event materials.
• Design web banners, email graphics, infographics, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with content specialists and project managers to support messaging.
• Review and refine designs for accuracy, brand consistency, and accessibility.
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and asset libraries.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team.Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate’s job-related skill, experience, education, licensure, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.The Graphic Designer supports the organization’s brand and communication goals by producing visually compelling digital and print materials. This role ensures consistency across all branded assets, contributes creative ideas, and collaborates with marketing and other department team members to deliver high‑quality visual content that aligns with organizational standards and strategic objectives.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Create and update branded templates, graphics, layouts, and visual elements for digital and print channels.Produce brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and event materials.Design web banners, email graphics, infographics, and other digital assets.Work closely with content specialists, communications staff, and project managers to ensure visuals support messaging.Review and refine designs for accuracy, brand consistency, and accessibility.Maintain organized project files, version control, and asset libraries.WHAT YOU WILL BRING:Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands‑ on design experience and the following:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of design work.Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and basic understanding of digital production tools.At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screeningA valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.WHO WE ARE:Cornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit certified in trauma-informed care that provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services to help children and families improve their safety and health by making positive changes in their lives.
