Job summary

ESS in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for our in-house marketing team. You will design print and digital materials for recruiting, sales, corporate communications, social media, and events, bringing bold ideas from concept to production.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field and 3–5 years' professional experience, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong portfolio across print and digital.

We’re hiring a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Jacksonville. ESS provides substitute personnel and management to school districts across the country, so no two days look quite the same. One day you might be developing a recruiting campaign, brochure, or video. The next, you could be updating a logo, resizing an ad, printing materials, or preparing a shipment for an upcoming event.

We’re looking for someone creative, flexible, and organized who is comfortable taking a project from the first idea through final production.

Your Impact
