Job summary

ESS Education is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Jacksonville. You will design print and digital materials for recruiting, sales, and events, while maintaining ESS branding and storytelling through visuals.

Bring 3–5 years of professional design experience, a strong portfolio, and expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite. You will handle multiple projects, collaborate with teams, and contribute to in-house production and video content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio showing range across print and digital design.
• Solid grasp of branding, typography, layout, and current design trends.
• Confidence taking projects from concept through final production.
• Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail: spelling, grammar, formatting, and overall accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Support in-house production, including printing, die cutting, finishing, packaging, and shipping materials.

We’re hiring a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Jacksonville. ESS provides substitute personnel and management to school districts across the country, so no two days look quite the same. One day you might be developing a recruiting campaign, brochure, or video. The next, you could be updating a logo, resizing an ad, printing materials, or preparing a shipment for an upcoming event.

We’re looking for someone creative, flexible, and organized who is comfortable taking a project from the first idea through final production.

Your Impact
