Job summary

LifeWave is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its creative team. You will design visual elements for our corporate brand and marketing collateral, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and a strong design aesthetic in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work with stakeholders from concept to completion, ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials, and stay current with design trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 5+ years of design experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ) and familiarity with Midjourney.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Excellent understanding of branding and marketing design principles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to develop design concepts aligned with brand identity.
  • Create visually compelling designs for digital and print materials such as websites, social graphics, brochures, ads, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Ensure brand guideline consistency across all deliverables.
  • Understand printing processes and pre-press requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion under deadlines.

Position Summary

Graphic Designer to join LifeWave’s creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing and executing various visual elements for our corporate brand and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, possesses a strong design aesthetic, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced corporate environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts and strategies that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Create visually compelling and engaging designs for a range of digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Ensure the consistency and integrity of the company's brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of the printing process, digital and pre‑press printing.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Research to stay up‑to‑date with design trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry to continuously improve the quality of design work. The ability to lean into AI, to work more efficiently.
  • Participate in design reviews with Creative teams and Design Director, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high‑quality design standards.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's visual assets library, ensuring easy accessibility and organization for the creative team.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a collaborative and team‑oriented work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years working in design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. An understanding of the Direct Selling Industry is helpful.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Midjourney and other relevant design tools. A suite of software and a willingness to learn other software as needed.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, including branding and marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of digital and print production processes, file formats, and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
Work Environment & Physical Demands

LifeWave will operate as an in‑office organization, and all employees are required to work onsite in alignment with corporate policy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work at a computer workstation and be mobile within the office. Occasional movement of up to 25 pounds may be required.
