Job summary

Point Summit is hiring a Graphic Designer for our on-site team in Clearwater, FL. This full-time role focuses on signage, environmental graphics, promotional materials, and social media creative to drive attendance and reinforce brand consistency.

You will design park signage and large-format graphics, prepare production-ready files, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality visuals for multiple brands and venues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of social media creative best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design park signage, banners, directional and large-format graphics.
• Prepare production-ready files for printers and vendors.
• Create social media graphics and visual assets for campaigns.
• Design print and digital collateral (flyers, posters, emails, etc.).
• Support ticket sales campaigns, events, hiring initiatives, and promotions.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines.
• Work with marketing, operations, and leadership to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and attention to detail.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across multiple brands and venues. The primary focus of this role will be designing signage, environmental graphics, promotional materials, and social media creative that drive attendance, enhance the guest experience, and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design park signage, directional signage, menus, banners, promotional displays, vehicle graphics, and large-format graphics.
• Prepare production-ready files for printers, fabricators, and sign vendors.
• Create engaging graphics and visual assets for social media platforms.
• Design print and digital collateral including flyers, brochures, posters, advertisements, email graphics, and website assets.
• Support ticket sales campaigns, special events, hiring initiatives, and promotional programs.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand project objectives and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing large-format signage and preparing print-ready files.
• Strong understanding of social media creative best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
