Family Entertainment Group (FEG), is a recognized industry leader in designing, developing, and operating world-class family entertainment centers and amusement experiences. With a commitment to innovation and guest satisfaction, FEG partners with top brands and venues to create memorable experiences for families and guests of all ages. The Company provides turnkey outsourced facility management and arcade operations services for resorts, hotels, casinos, and amusement parks. Additionally, the Company owns and operates standalone family entertainment centers under the In The Game, Max Action, and Bonkers brands. The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer supports day-to-day creative execution across FEG-managed locations. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role produces marketing assets for promotions, signage, partner materials, presentations, and digital channels. This is an execution-focused position ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works effectively within established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-impact marketing assets across print and digital platforms, including signage, promotional materials, infographics, presentations, social content, and email graphics.
  • Develop visual concepts and creative solutions that support sales initiatives and partner campaigns.
  • Create and maintain scalable templates and style systems to ensure brand consistency across locations and partners.
  • Select or create high-quality imagery and custom graphics that enhance messaging and storytelling.
  • Adapt and reskin reusable assets for multiple environments while maintaining brand standards.
  • Support new location launches with on-property materials and launch-ready creative.
  • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with print vendors as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while incorporating stakeholder feedback quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain organized design libraries and assets.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and creative output.
  • Researching and developing design briefs that include concept boards, brand standards and creative ideas for sales materials.
  • Support interactive presentation design or basic website updates (WordPress or similar platforms)
Qualifications
  • 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite. Adobe XD and After Effects are a bonus.
  • Experience building PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working within established brand standards.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with diverse design skills including print, packaging, digital, typography, and presentations.
  • Web, interactive design, and/or video editing experience is a plus.
